The ENCP-10 is an integrated carton printing and vision-inspection machine with a throughput of 10 cartons per minute, printing manufacturing information onto cartons and verifying its accuracy by vision inspection.
Print quality and position are detected automatically, identifying misprints and position faults in real time, and defective cartons are discharged automatically.
As the key inspection machine in the final packaging stage, it links with downstream ESU equipment — labelers, taping machines, checkweighers — to complete automated quality control of the carton finishing line.
