Integrated overcap assembly line
ESU's OCL is an integrated overcap assembly line built to maximize production efficiency. It can run on its own or connect flexibly to an existing production line to automate overcap assembly immediately, and its broad compatibility accommodates a wide range of cap designs. Handling liquid products in both vials and bottles, the OCL delivers a fast, stable output of 150 BPM. The process follows a well-structured four-station layout, from washing to final overcap assembly. A smart downstream automation line that integrates easily with existing lines and meets diverse cap specifications.
