The VLAL-100 is a high-speed integrated liquid filling, stoppering, and sealing machine built on a two-step system, with a throughput of 100 vials per minute.
A single-blade sealing unit secures uniform seal quality, and the machine produces finished vials on its own.
Every adjustment axis is servo-driven, so setup is one-touch, and the compact monoblock design allows efficient placement even where floor space is tight.
Filling accuracy stays stable even at high speed, making it well suited to volume production lines for injectables and vialed pharmaceuticals that require aseptic filling.
