The VLAL-25L is an integrated load-cell-based liquid filling, stoppering, and sealing machine with a throughput of 25 vials per minute.
A portable load-cell IPC check-weighing system enables precise, weight-based filling.
A peristaltic pump design makes cleaning easy, while dual balance scales offset weighing time to secure both accuracy and throughput.
The stoppering process uses vacuum pick-up for fully non-contact stopper insertion.
A semi-automatic loading tray system for RTU tub vials shields the product from external contamination while supporting safe, steady operator loading.
