The VLAL-50H is an integrated filling, stoppering, and sealing machine for high-viscosity and high-temperature liquids, with a throughput of 50 vials per minute.
Vacuum suction handling runs both flat and hat-type caps, covering a wide range of cap formats.
A simplified top-plate structure makes cleaning and maintenance easy, and vacuum pick-up stoppering achieves non-contact insertion for improved hygiene.
It runs reliably on product lines whose liquid characteristics defeat conventional filling equipment — viscous drug solutions, thick cosmetic formulations, and products that must be filled hot.
