The VLFC-150I is an integrated filling and capping monoblock purpose-built for eye drops, with a throughput of 150 bottles per minute.
Its conveyor-free modular layout minimizes contamination risk, and the compact design installs even in confined spaces.
The filling section uses servo-controlled piston dosing to minimize fill deviation.
A magnetic torque chuck enables precise torque control, and the automatic inner- and outer-cap feeding system reliably handles the dual-cap structure unique to ophthalmic products.
