Mass Liquid Filling Machine
The VLFI-15B is a dedicated large-container filling machine with a throughput of 15 containers per minute, metering and automatically filling liquid into bulk containers with precision.
Its design is optimized for large-volume filling.
Flow-meter dosing keeps fill volumes accurate to within ±2%; each nozzle fills independently and is simple to disassemble, reassemble, and clean.
GMP-compliant design and standardized parts make change-part exchange straightforward.
Once containers are loaded, filling and capping run fully automatically, and touchscreen control makes the machine easy for anyone to operate.
