Liquid Filling & Closing
The VLFR-200 is an integrated vial liquid filling and stoppering machine with a throughput of 200 vials per minute.
Its ceramic-piston precision filling system covers a broad range of drug-solution characteristics, from low to high viscosity.
The eight-head filling section maintains stable filling accuracy even at high speed, and independent servo control on each head minimizes head-to-head fill deviation.
Stopper insertion uses vacuum pick-up to secure both hygiene and operational stability, and any vial with a missed stopper is rejected automatically, blocking defects from reaching downstream processes.
