The VNSE-200 is a dedicated vial sealing machine with a throughput of 200 vials per minute, handling the finishing step of a vial sealing line.
Mechanical cam-driven vertical motion delivers stable operation, and jog mode provides flexible manual control.
Both flat and hat-type caps are covered via change parts, and the eccentric sealing-blade design removes the need for per-head individual adjustment.
A cap scratch-prevention structure and a dust-extraction system for particle removal secure dependable operation on lines with aseptic-environment requirements.
