Terminal Sterilization System
The VNTP-200 is a high-capacity terminal sterilization machine with a throughput of 200 units per minute.
Its four-zone configuration — preheat, primary sterilization, drying, and cooling — provides precise stage-by-stage temperature control.
Conveyor speed adjustment allows sterilization time to be tuned freely, and products are cooled below 35 °C before discharge, keeping downstream handling safe and stable.
Steam-based heating delivers precise temperature control, while independent per-zone control and an automatic supply and drain system prevent overflow.
