The VNTS-200 is a shrink tunnel with a throughput of 200 bottles per minute, heat-shrinking sleeve labels and shrink film.
Per-zone temperature control with real-time temperature display keeps shrink quality consistent.
A steam-utility-based automatic condensate drain system improves operating efficiency, and insulated construction protects operators from radiated heat.
Internal steam is discharged safely through the exhaust system rather than escaping outward, and the tunnel pairs with the sleeve labeler for integrated operation.
