Vacuum Sealing Machine
The vacuum sealer is a dedicated in-vial vacuum-forming machine with a throughput of 200 vials per minute.
After filling and stoppering, it evacuates the air inside each vial to establish a vacuum, securing long-term storage performance for oxidation-sensitive products.
Precision-engineered mechanical cams ensure stable drive motion, and seals fitted to each vacuum-line segment hold the required vacuum level constant.
Its compact design installs in tight spaces and integrates easily with existing equipment, making it a straightforward add-on to ESU's Liquid Line and Powder Line installations.
