VNWG-2S

The VNWG-2S is a semi-automatic vial washing machine that washes by the box, using dedicated jigs matched to the supplied box format.
With a throughput of 2 boxes per minute, it suits small-batch production and prototype washing processes.

Interior washing, exterior washing, or both in sequence can be configured freely, and process times and cycle counts are easily adjusted on the touchscreen.

It fits lines that need pre-washing before entering a high-speed production line, as well as pilot production environments where precision cleaning is required.
