The VPAL-15LV is a load-cell-based integrated powder filling, vacuum stoppering, and sealing machine with a throughput of 15 vials per minute.
Auger-screw dosing achieves precise powder filling (±3%), and a two-stage hopper structure gives fine control over fill weight.
It handles micro-dose fills down to 0.045 g, and its IPC check-weighing system measures weight reliably even in a laminar-flow environment.
A dedicated micro-dose filling control system delivers high filling accuracy, while automatic rejection of non-conforming units and interlocking with upstream and downstream equipment keep defects from escaping into later process steps.
