The VPFI-110 is a six-head powder filling machine with a throughput of 110 vials per minute — the core filling machine of the Powder Line.
Six-head filling with a relief mechanism enables high-speed operation, and the feed-screw structure runs infeed and discharge simultaneously for stable production.
Auger-screw dosing delivers precise, consistent fill weights with deviation within ±3%.
Separate primary and secondary relief stages secure both bulk loading and precision filling.
Special level sensors maintain reliable detection even in airborne-powder environments, and powder-contact parts assemble and disassemble easily for excellent cleanability.
