The VPFR-50 is a two-step integrated powder filling and stoppering machine built on precision servo transport, with a throughput of 50 vials per minute.
Auger-screw dosing achieves precise powder filling (±3%), and a two-stage relief structure raises fill-weight accuracy.
It covers everything from micro-dose fills (down to 0.045 g) to large volumes, and automatically rejects units whenever an inner-cap capping fault is detected.
Fully servo-controlled motion makes format changeover one-touch.
It is an ideal fit for biopharmaceutical, lyophilized, and small-batch powdered drug lines that run high-value APIs.
