The VTFC-140 is an integrated tablet counting and one-touch capping monoblock with a throughput of 140 bottles per minute.
Its compact footprint fits confined spaces — a tablet filler well suited to tablet and capsule pharmaceutical lines as well as nutraceutical production.
Change parts alone adapt it to any tablet specification, regardless of shape, fill count, or type.
The tablet-counting system ensures every bottle receives an exact count, with defective units rejected automatically.
The capping stage uses a one-touch capping structure in which a mechanical cam delivers consistent, accurate cap application.
