Tablet Filling & Sealing Machine
The VTFS-140 is an integrated tablet counting and sealing machine with a throughput of 140 bottles per minute.
It counts the specified number of tablets into each bottle, then seals it by high-frequency induction heat bonding — a tablet filler that completes counting through sealing in a single machine.
Multi-tray transport achieves high-speed processing, and vacuum pick-up keeps container and magazine transfer stable.
After sealing, a vacuum-decay test verifies that each seal is complete.
An automatic alarm system responds to any fault, and fully automatic linkage to downstream processes supports automation across the entire line.
