Tablet Sealing Machine
The VTSE-100 is a tablet sealing machine with a throughput of 100 bottles per minute, sealing tablet-filled bottles by high-frequency induction sealing.
It forms the Tablet Filling Line (TFL) together with the VTFC-140 Tablet Filling & Capping Machine and the VNCW-200 Checkweigher.
Multi-tray transport achieves high-speed processing, and vacuum pick-up keeps container and magazine transfer stable.
After sealing, a vacuum-decay test verifies that each seal is complete.
An automatic alarm system responds to any fault, and fully automatic linkage to downstream processes supports automation across the entire line.
