ESU's DFL is a dedicated drum filling line for large-volume industrial packaging. It precisely meters and automatically fills liquid into large drums, then caps each filled drum automatically and safely at a consistent torque — a line purpose-built for heavy, large-volume containers. Custom-designed for large-volume liquid products and bottle formats, the DFL maintains a deliberate, robust heavy-duty output of 15 BPM suited to the product. Its process is streamlined into two core stations so that nothing slows down large-volume handling. A line specialized for mid- to large-size containers that fully automates what matters most in large-volume liquid packaging: precise metering and precise torque sealing.
