ESU's DML (Dual Mix Line) is a dedicated dual filling line for bottled eye drops and nasal sprays. Its distinctive dual filling system provides a highly flexible line configuration that handles double-cap structures with inner and outer caps. Designed for liquid products in bottles, the DML achieves an efficient, stable output of 150 BPM. Five dedicated stations — from container infeed to final inspection and labelling — run in seamless synchronization. The DML meets the demanding standards of eye-drop production while enabling flexible multi-product manufacturing.
