ESU's PL is an automation line dedicated to powder products in vials. Its precision auger-screw filling system and vacuum stoppering system enable safe aseptic production of powder products that demand high accuracy. Optimized for powder products and designed for vial containers, the PL maintains the precision that powder processing requires while reaching an advanced output of 110 BPM. The line runs in a simple yet dependable compact configuration of three stations, from ionizer washing to final capping.
