ESU's TFL is a dedicated tablet line that runs from bottle filling through capping, sealing and checkweighing. It handles any tablet shape, count or type with a simple change-part swap, making it a flexible fit for multi-product tablet production. The VTFC-140 Tablet Filling & Capping Machine counts tablets into each bottle and applies one-touch caps in a single monoblock, and the VTSE-100 Tablet Sealing Machine seals each bottle by high-frequency induction sealing and verifies the seal with a vacuum-decay test. Finally, the VNCW-200 Checkweigher automatically rejects any under-spec product. With three models linked into one continuous flow, the TFL compactly automates tablet bottle packaging.
