ESU's ACL is an end-to-end solution that integrates every process for vial and bottle products — washing, sterilization, filling, capping, inspection and labelling — into a single line. Proven on the production floors of Korea's leading pharmaceutical companies, it is ESU's flagship line, built for outstanding reliability. Packaging liquid products in vials or bottles, the ACL runs at a high speed of 200 BPM. Seventeen stations operate in tight synchronization, from container unscrambling at the start of the line to final case packing.
